Who we are
This website is run by Sterix Global Private Limited (CIN U32509UP2024PTC209756), Sunbreeze 1, BBD Green, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226028, India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Sterix Global. You can reach us at sterixglobal@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our form, we collect the details you enter:
- your name, company, email address, phone number and country;
- the type of enquiry, the products you select, quantities and your requirement.
With each enquiry we also record the page you sent it from, any campaign tags in the page address (such as utm_source), the date and time, and a one-way coded version of your IP address that we use only to limit spam. We do not ask for payment details or health information, and we do not accept file uploads through the form.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, follow up on that enquiry and keep normal business records. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing. We will only send you marketing emails if you ask us to.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Each enquiry is saved in a protected database on our website hosting server (GoDaddy). A copy is emailed to our sales inbox, which is provided by Google (Gmail). Only authorised Sterix Global staff can view enquiries.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a customer or partner, we keep business records for as long as the relationship and the law require.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site uses your browser's session storage to remember, for the current visit only, that you have closed our event notice and which campaign tags brought you to the site. Links to WhatsApp open a service run by Meta, which has its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email sterixglobal@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request" and we will respond. The same address handles complaints about how we use your data.
Security
This site uses HTTPS. The enquiry database cannot be reached from the web, and access to enquiries is password protected.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
