About Sterix Global
We make single-use medical devices in Uttar Pradesh for hospitals, health programmes, distributors and export buyers.
What we do
Sterix Global Private Limited manufactures 17 single-use devices: syringes, needles, infusion therapy products, tubes and catheters, and neonatal care devices.
These are the products that wards, operating theatres and immunisation programmes use every day, and in large numbers. We started the company in 2024 to make them close to the people who use them, with every stage of production in one plant and under one quality system.
For buyers, that means one manufacturer to deal with, one set of batch records to check and a direct line to the people making the product.
How we work
One plant, every stage
Moulding, assembly, packing and EO sterilisation take place at our Barabanki plant.

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015, and every pack carries its batch details.

We supply hospitals, government health programmes, distributors, private-label brands and importers. We do not sell to individual consumers.
Partner with usSterix Foam-cast
Every manufacturer produces waste. We decided ours should become something useful.
Polypropylene offcuts and rejected mouldings from our production lines do not go to landfill. We collect them, process them and reform them into interlocking paver tiles through Sterix Foam-cast, our circular manufacturing initiative.
What starts as a by-product of making medical devices ends up as pavements, walkways and industrial flooring. We planned this loop into how the plant runs from the start. It keeps plastic out of the waste stream and gives us a second product made from material that would otherwise be thrown away.
Foam-cast uses production material only. Used medical devices are clinical waste and are never part of this process.
